What Gazoobie is

Gazoobie is an editorial website that collects offers published by third-party retailers, scores them, and publishes an opinion about which are worth your money and who each one suits. We are not a shop. We do not sell anything, hold inventory, take payment, ship orders, or handle returns. Every purchase is a transaction between you and the retailer, governed by their terms.

Deals are third-party information and change constantly

Offers, prices, discount codes and availability come from retailers and affiliate networks and can change or expire at any moment, including between the time a page is generated and the time you read it. A code may fail, carry a minimum spend, exclude certain products, or apply only to new customers, and those conditions are not always published to us.

We make a genuine effort to surface accurate, live offers and to remove bad ones when we learn about them, but we cannot guarantee that any price, code or offer shown here is currently valid. Always confirm the final price and terms at the retailer’s checkout before buying.

Acceptable use

Email

Our content

The editorial writing, design, and the Gazoobie name and logo are ours. Retailer names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the offers they relate to.

Availability

The site is provided as-is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or from a purchase made at a retailer we linked to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you agree to that venue.
